Every Panda Pon is an ERC-721 token bound to its own ERC-6551 account — a real wallet the panda owns. When you hold the panda, you hold everything inside it.

Creator fees from trading on the collection's pairs never sit in a team multisig. They flow to the Bamboo Machine, a contract that converts them according to the panda's bloodline split: part buys the token, part becomes LP, part is kept as reserve.

The LP positions live inside each panda's wallet and earn trading fees themselves. The machine periodically re-plants those earnings back into the position. That's the compounding loop — the panda literally grows without anyone touching it.

The SVG is rendered from state, not stored as a file. AUM sets the panda's size, the LP position sets how round the belly is, reserves stack up as bamboo at its feet, unclaimed fees drift around it as leaves.

PnL is embroidered straight onto the face: a wide grin in the green, a crooked cross-stitch deep in the red. Pandas older than 120 days go 'well-worn': a faded coat and one mismatched button eye.

Nothing is drawn by hand after mint. If the numbers change, the panda changes.

Grafting merges two pandas. The survivor absorbs the donor's entire wallet — LP, reserves, unclaimed fees — and gains one generation plus a sewn patch of the donor's coat.

The donor token is burned. Its bloodline survives only as a patch on the survivor's coat. This is deliberate: the supply only ever shrinks.

LP positions carry impermanent loss. Token prices move. Fees can dry up. A panda's AUM can go down as well as up, and a hungry panda looks exactly as sad as you'd expect.

Smart contracts can have bugs. The Bamboo Machine holds no custody over your panda, but a pair migration or an exploit on an underlying DEX could still hurt the wallet's contents.
